Do you know you want to give him some Captain Denim jeans but you hesitate between skinny or straight? Don't worry, with our Gift Card you're sure to get it right. You can buy this card whenever you want and spend it without an expiration date.
We know from experience that getting the right color, garment or size is not always easy and that is why we want to make it simple for you. You just have to choose between three amounts: €50, €100 or €150 and we will send you an email with the card so you can send it to whoever you want. You can add a dedication in the comments part. Ready!
The Gift Card can be used on all Captain Denim products. When the person who owns the card wants to redeem their gift, they will have to add the products they want to the cart and enter the discount code that we will send them and the amount on the card will be automatically discounted. If the person makes a purchase less than the value of the gift card, the balance will be accumulated and will be available for their next order. You can use the card as many times as you want until the amount is used up.
As you already know, at Captain Denim we work trying to minimize CO2 emissions and contribute to a greener planet. Therefore, our Gift Card will be in digital format.

- Standard Shipping: Delivery in 4 or 5 business days. Free shipping costs for orders over €80 (*€3.95 for orders less than this amount)
- Urgent Shipping: Delivery in 24/48 hours for €5.95
Canary Islands and rest of Europe:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Peninsula and Balearic Islands:
- The admission period for changes and/or returns is 30 calendar days from receipt of your order.
- The first exchange and/or return is free .
Canary Islands and rest of Europe:
- In this case you will have to bear the costs of sending us your order.

Remember that we do not accept exchanges or returns of products such as underwear, masks or products that have fixed hems.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Para alargar la vida de tus prendas, te recomendamos:
No utilizar lejías ni desengrasantes.
Lavar con agua fría, detergente neutro y siempre el detergente en su compartimento.
Lavar por separado.
Cerrar el botón y subir la cremallera. Lavar siempre del revés a 30ºC sin demasiada carga.
Plancharlos a baja temperatura.
Si es una prenda de color, el efecto desgastado puede ser que con los lavados pierda algo de color.
Recomendado no usar secadora para alargar la vida de la prenda.
FAQ
How should pants be washed and what to avoid to make them last longer?
Remember to always wash it inside out, with the zipper, the button closed, with cold water and less than 30ºC. We recommend using neutral soap and keeping it in the compartment. Colored pants with a worn effect may lose some color after washing.
How is the product manufactured?
Our garments are designed and manufactured entirely in Spain under local production, with sustainable processes and always respecting our environment.
We use biomass and solar energy to run our factory. We save up to 90% of water thanks to sustainable processes and our finishes are based on zero waste.
Can you customize pants, making them longer?
We can always fix the bass to make it shorter, but we can never make it longer.
Do they give when used or not?
If the pants contain elastane, it is normal that they may sag. If you don't want your pants to give way, we recommend taking a look at our pants made entirely of cotton.
How much is the shipping? Do I have to pay to make a return or exchange?
If your order is less than €80, standard shipping costs are €3.95.
For orders equal to or greater than €80, shipping costs are
free. For shipments within 24/48 hours, you can choose express shipping
paying €5.95.
