Returns and Exchanges
At Capitán Denim we are driven by a clear objective: to manufacture quality, durable and as sustainable a clothing as possible.
That's why, in addition to opting for recycled fabrics, responsible production processes and local manufacturing, we want to minimize unnecessary shipments and returns, which have a significant environmental impact on our surroundings.
Do you need to exchange or return something?
You have 30 calendar days from when you receive your order to manage it, and we make it easy for you:

At the end, you will receive the return label by email.

Pack your garment and drop it off at your nearest Post Office. You can check their network here .
Your orders for Black Friday, Christmas or Three Kings Day can be exchanged or returned until February 1st.
🟢 Exchanges are always free
If you need a different size or want to exchange your garment for another model , the exchange is 100% free for shipments to the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and Balearic Islands.
We cover the costs because we prefer to give you another chance to get it right, rather than generate unnecessary waste.

🔁 Would you prefer to return it?
If you prefer a refund in the form of a gift card , we'll reward you!
You will receive 100% of the amount + an extra 5% , to use on future purchases for a full year .
Returns with refund have a fixed cost of €2.95 per returned order , which will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Before sending us your garment, please note:

We only accept returns of items in perfect condition , unworn and with original tags . For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of products such as socks or underwear.

We will not be able to accept altered or modified garments (such as adjusted length).

Orders shipped outside the Iberian Peninsula, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries do not include free returns: in these cases, the customer will have to bear the return cost.

We offer free shipping on orders over €90 . If, after a return, the final order amount falls below this threshold, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Avoid this by requesting a gift card refund or an exchange for another item.
💸 How will I receive the refund?
We always process refunds using the same payment method you used.
The refund may take up to 5 business days from when we receive the package, and an additional 3 to 4 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment platform used.
