Easy and free returns
At Captain Denim, we're very proud of our textile heritage. We strive to offer you the best design and high-quality workmanship, and that's why we hope you love our product. We want you to enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it for you.
If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your order, don't worry, you have 30 calendar days to do so. You can do so without any problems and it won't cost you anything, as long as the order was shipped to the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands.
Managing an exchange or return at Captain Denim is very simple:

If you have any questions at any time, you can email us at pedidos@capitandenim.com , including your order number or reference, your name, and the item you want to exchange or return. We'll handle the process for you.
We usually work with Correos, so we'll ask you to drop off the packaged item at the post office of your choice.
You can check out the entire office network here to find the one closest to you.
It takes us 7 to 9 days to receive and process your return. After that, following your instructions, we'll exchange the item or refund your money.

Before sending us the garment you must take into account:
Returned garments must be in good condition, without damage or signs of wear, and with the tags attached in the same condition as when they were sent. Garments with any alterations, such as length changes, cannot be exchanged or returned.
We don't charge extra for exchanges or returns of merchandise for orders placed in Spain and Portugal (only applicable to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands) for the first time. The customer must bear the cost of shipping for the second or subsequent exchange or return of items.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges or returns of orders sent outside of Spain and Portugal (only applicable to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands).
If an order benefits from our free shipping promotion for orders over €80 and the final amount is less than this amount after returning any item, we will deduct the corresponding shipping costs from the refund amount.
More personal items such as underwear (socks) and masks are not eligible for exchange or return.
If you need a size or model change, we'll always ship to the address you provided with your order. If you want to change it, you must specifically indicate this.
For refunds, we'll always use the same payment method you used when placing your order. Refunds may take up to 5 days from receipt of the package and another 3 or 4 days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used and the bank.
