Easy and free return
At Captain Denim we are very proud of our textile tradition. We strive to offer you the best design and high-quality manufacturing, and because of that, we hope you love our product. We want you to enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed making it for you.
If for any reason you want to change or return it, don't worry, you have 30 calendar days to do so. You can do it without problems and it will not cost you anything, as long as the order has been sent to the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands.
Managing a change or a return in Captain Denim is very simple:
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the number or reference of your order, your name, the garment to exchange or return, as well as the new garment you want to receive if it is an exchange.
You can also tell us the reason for the return, this is very useful for us so you are helping us to improve to offer you better products every time.
When we see your email we will reply with the return label attached to the email.
We usually work with Correos, so we will ask you to deposit the packaged garment in the office of your choice.
You can consult the entire branch network here and thus find the one closest to where you are.
It takes us 7-9 days to receive the return and process it. From then on, and following your instructions, we will exchange the garment or refund the money.

Before sending us the garment you must take into account:
The returned garments must be in good condition, without damage or signs of use and with the labels on the same way they were sent. Garments with some type of arrangement made such as modified length are not likely to be exchanged or returned.
We do not charge you anything extra for changes or returns of merchandise for orders placed in Spain and Portugal (only applicable to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands) that you make for the first time. The customer must bear the cost of the shipping costs for the change or return of garments for the second and successive times.
The customer will be responsible for assuming the return shipping costs for changes or returns of orders shipped outside of Spain and Portugal (only applicable to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
If an order benefits from our promotion of free shipping costs for orders over €50 and after returning any garment the final amount is less than this figure, we will deduct the corresponding shipping costs from the amount to be returned.
The most personal items such as underwear (socks) and masks are not subject to exchange or return.
In case of change of size or model, we will always make shipments to the address you put in the order, if you want to change it you must expressly indicate it.
For the return of the money we will always use the same payment method that you used when placing the order. Money refunds can take up to 5 days from receipt of the package and another 3 or 4 days to be reflected in your account depending on the payment method used and the bank.
