Do you know you want to give him some Captain Denim jeans but you hesitate between skinny or straight? Don't worry, with our Gift Card you're sure to get it right. You can buy this card whenever you want and spend it without an expiration date.
We know from experience that getting the right color, garment or size is not always easy and that is why we want to make it simple for you. You just have to choose between three amounts: €50, €100 or €150 and we will send you an email with the card so you can send it to whoever you want. You can add a dedication in the comments part. Ready!
The Gift Card can be used on all Captain Denim products. When the person who owns the card wants to redeem their gift, they will have to add the products they want to the cart and enter the discount code that we will send them and the amount on the card will be automatically discounted. If the person makes a purchase less than the value of the gift card, the balance will be accumulated and will be available for their next order. You can use the card as many times as you want until the amount is used up.
As you already know, at Captain Denim we work trying to minimize CO2 emissions and contribute to a greener planet. Therefore, our Gift Card will be in digital format.

Care
- Wash inside out in cold water (max. 30 ºC) with neutral detergent.
- Wash separately and with a light load.
- Do not use bleach or degreasers.
- Iron at low temperature.
- Avoid the dryer to extend the life of the garment.

- Standard: 4-5 business days. Free on orders over 90 € (3.95 € below that amount).
- Express: 24/48 h for 5.95 €.
Exchanges & returns
- 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
- Free exchanges. Returns: 2.95 €.
- Items with altered hems and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

INSTRUCCIONES DE LAVADO
To prolong the life of your garments, we recommend:

Do not use bleach or degreasers.

Wash with cold water, neutral detergent, and always place the detergent in its compartment.

Wash separately.

Fasten the button and pull up the zipper. Always wash inside out at 30 °C with a light load.

Iron at low temperature.

For colored garments, the distressed effect may cause some color loss with washes.

We recommend not using a dryer to extend the garment’s lifespan.
FAQ
¿Cómo deben lavarse los pantalones y qué evitar para que duren más?
Recuerda lavarlo siempre al revés, con la cremallera, el botón cerrado, con agua fría y a menos de 30ºC. Recomendamos utilizar jabón neutro y que esté en el compartimento. Los pantalones de colores con efecto desgastado, puede ser que pierdan algo de color tras los lavados.
¿Cómo se fabrica el producto?
Nuestras prendas se diseñan y fabrican íntegramente en España bajo la producción local, con procesos sostenibles y respetando siempre nuestro entorno.
Utilizamos biomasa y la energía solar para poner en marcha nuestra fábrica. Ahorramos hasta un 90% de agua en gracias a procesos sostenibles y nuestros acabados se basan en residuo cero.
¿Se puede personalizar un pantalón, haciéndolo más largo?
Siempre podemos hacer arreglar el bajo para hacerlo más corto, pero nunca podemos hacerlo más largo.
¿Ceden al usarlos o no?
Si el pantalón contiene elastano, es normal que puedan ceder. Si no quieres que tu pantalón ceda, te recomendamos echarles un vistazo a nuestros pantalones elaborados íntegramente con algodón.
¿Cuánto cuesta el envío?
Si tu pedido es inferior a 90€, los gastos de envío estándar son 3,95€.
Los pedidos iguales o superiores a 90€, los gastos de envío son gratuitos.
Para envíos 24/48 horas, puedes elegir el envío urgente
pagando 5,95€.
