The data provided by the user of the website will be treated in the terms established in the aforementioned regulations. Type of data processed and purpose of the treatment

For browsing the website, no personal data is requested.

In the event that the user interacts by purchasing a product, subscribing to the newsletter or filling in the contact form, the data that will be requested will be the following:

Product purchase: to purchase a product, the user must register with a username and password, for which they are asked to fill in the fields: name, surname, gender, date of birth, email and postal address. All of them are identifying data in order to manage the purchase and the claims or queries that may occur during it.

Subscription to the newsletter/newsletter: in order for the user to receive the appropriate communications, an email address is requested. This data is considered an identification data.

Contact form: to solve the user's doubts, queries and/or claims, in the contact section of the web, his email address is requested, in order to contact him and attend to his request.

All the data provided by the user will become part of the data processing, created and maintained under the responsibility of Captain Denim, essential for the purposes described above. Profiles of the users from whom data are collected are not created.

Legitimation of the treatment

Contract or pre-contract (art 6.1 b) RGPD): in the event that you make a purchase through our website, we will ask you to fill in the form in order to manage your data in relation to the sale.

Legitimate interest (art 6.1 f) RGPD): to attend to requests sent through the contact form and manage the collection of amounts owed. Consent of the interested party (art 6.1 a) RGPD): in order to send you the information from our newsletter and provided that you authorize us by checking the acceptance box of the privacy policy.

The Captain Denim page has the LSSI-CE certificate for secure browsing, so personal data (credit card, address...) are private when they are sent through this website.

Internally, Captain Denim has the necessary security measures (firewall, antivirus, updated software...) to prevent a security breach from occurring and unauthorized third parties from accessing the data.

Transfer of data to third parties and international data transfer.

We transfer your data to third-party organizations that manage the sending of newsletters, the sending and management of your purchases and to Google Inc., in the event of acceptance of Google Analytics cookies. In other cases, we do not transfer data to third parties except for the fulfillment of the legal obligations to which we are subject. In the event that we have to disclose your data, we will request your consent expressly, in writing and prior to said assignment, informing you of the purpose at all times.

We do not carry out international data transfer.

Data retention

Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described above. Once they have fulfilled their purpose, they will be blocked to prevent their treatment until the expiration of the legal deadlines to which we are subject. In this case, they can only be processed by the Public Administrations, Judges and Courts. After compliance with the legal deadlines, the data will be destroyed.

Right of access in order to know what data is being processed.

Right of rectification in case your data is not exact and real.

Right of deletion when you decide that your data should be deleted due to the end of your relationship with us and as long as there is no legal imperative that allows its treatment.

Right of limitation when the treatment exceeds the minimum necessary data necessary for it. Right of opposition when you do not want us to process your data. We will stop processing your data except in cases where we have a legitimate interest.

Right to portability of your data when the legal basis is a contractual relationship or consent.

Right to revoke the consent granted for the purposes described above.
