Making sustainable pants is possible

We achieve this thanks to the technology we have developed, called Greensight . One of the legs of this technology is Nebulization . Eco Finish technology, we create very natural finishes, saving up to 90% of water. Do you see the white piece on the glass of the washing machine door? From there, the water together with the dye, which has previously been added in the Eco Finish turbine, is introduced as a spray into the washing machine and manages to spread that mixture in a controlled manner on the jean without any residual residue. In the traditional way, this entire process needs hot water, however, this technology is done cold, so we indirectly manage to save the energy that would be needed to heat the water and thus reduce CO2 emissions.
