Gift Card Promotion Terms and Conditions

Validity: August 18 to 21, 2023

1. Requirements

To participate in the gift card promotion, customers must make purchases on the website for a minimum amount of €50.

2. Promotion Details

• For purchases over €50, a gift card worth €15 will be awarded.
• For purchases over €100, a gift card worth €25 will be awarded.
• For purchases over €150, a gift card worth €50 will be awarded.

3. Activation and Use of Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased during this promotion will be valid only for purchases at www.capitandenim.com . Gift cards will be activated one month after the order is delivered and have no expiration date. They can be used on any purchase made on our website. Please note that these cards are not valid for purchases in our physical store.

4. Returns and Value Adjustment of the Gift Card

In the event that a return is made and the total purchase amount, after such return, is less than the minimum amount required to obtain the gift card, the value of the gift card will be adjusted accordingly. For example, if a purchase of €160 was made and a gift card of €100 was received, but due to a return, the final purchase amount was reduced to €110, the value of the gift card will be adjusted to €50 .

5. Restrictions and Limitations

• Gift cards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• You are not allowed to combine multiple gift cards into a single purchase.
• The promotion cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, unless otherwise specified.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are free for orders over €80.

7. Delivery of Gift Cards

Gift cards will be sent by email to the address provided during purchase. We recommend checking your spam folder to ensure you receive the gift card. If you face any issues, please contact us at orders@capitandenim.com .

8. Order Hold

If you want us to hold your order and ship it after the holidays, please indicate this in the order comments, specifying the desired delivery date.

9. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, change or end this promotion at any time, without prior notice. Changes to the terms will be effective upon posting on our website.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this promotion indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
