As you know, at Captain Denim we are passionate about the traditional, innovating the latest technologies that promote sustainability and avoid wasting goods that can still be used. For this reason, we have been working with Fan Coil or fan coil technology for a few years now. Although now it may sound somewhat strange to you, you will see that it is very easy to understand.

This equipment feeds on residual steam that moves through the ducts of the dryers. Once the steam that passes through the radiator that makes the dryer work cools down, it becomes water, it is transported with a pump to another radiator with two turbines, the hot water is redirected to a cladera and again, it is returned to repeat the cycle.

This system not only has the advantage that it is integrated with our main source of energy, which is biomass, but also that the water is always being reused, thus concluding a continuous closed cycle.
