There are normal days…And then there are those days that stay with you.
The other day, while we were working on finishing the Black Friday orders and preparing the Christmas gift guide (I'll leave the guide here) , the Whatsapp group started to shake.
👉 “Hey, we were featured in Woman.”
👉 “Heads up, El País has published an article about us.”
And you tell me: we were left speechless, Juan, speechless.
After a few hours, we all said the same thing: "This has been an incredible help to us."
This is what it's like from the inside when a small brand appears in major media outlets.
We say it a lot, but it's rarely fully understood:
For a small, family-run project that still manufactures each garment in a village in La Mancha... having two national media outlets talk about you is not just a headline: it's a huge gift .
It means more people are discovering what we do.
That our message is getting through.
That our clothes reach eyes that they would never otherwise reach.
And above all, it means something that excites us:
There are enough people talking about us for these media outlets to take notice.
This has been thanks to you
And we'll never tire of saying it: your messages and your support are the best metrics. For industry giants, a "like" is just another metric.
For us, it's literally a boost.
A comment gives us a boost, a review builds trust, a recommendation helps someone new discover us, and a share amplifies our message. It's incredible how such small gestures can make such a difference when you're a small brand like ours.
You are our voice.
And without that platform, getting featured in media outlets like El País or Woman would be impossible.
That's why every gesture, no matter how small it may seem, has a huge impact in here .
What you'll find in the news articles they've published about us
Without giving away too much, here's a mini-summary:
Both media outlets highlight how a family brand that was born and continues to be based in Madrigueras has managed to carve out a place for itself in Madrid (and beyond) without giving up on local manufacturing , without losing its craft, quality or essence.
They talk about our history, how we work, the Chueca store, real sustainability, and what it means to grow from a small town with a clear philosophy.

Thank you for making it possible, really
If today a small brand like Capitán Denim appears in major media outlets, if our story reaches a little further and if something as local as ours begins to resonate abroad… it is thanks to you.
To those of you who choose to buy wisely.
To those who value small gestures.
To whom you say to someone: “Hey, you have to know about this brand” .
We will continue here, in Madrigueras, doing what we know how to do: taking care of the garments, the processes and the people behind them.
And if more days like this come… we will celebrate them with the same excitement as when we received that message saying “hey, we’ve been featured in El País” .
Thank you for joining us. Really. We'll continue.
